My Little Ponies and Machine Learning
A workshop about image recognition and machine learning designed for non-technical audiences. I use colorful ponies to explain neural networks.
I help people make sense of complicated things, preferably without charts that look like spaghetti.
During business hours: software, tech, and innovation strategy.
After hours: workshops, stages, hackathons, and whatever idea kept me awake at 2 a.m.
"If learning isn’t fun, we’re doing it wrong."
Hi, I'm Marek. I live at the intersection of technology, innovation, and education.
I spend most of my time juggling workshops, hackathons, and conference stages with the same enthusiasm other people reserve for weekend pizza. I’ve run more sessions than I can count—kids, students, executives, NGOs, you name it - usually armed with sticky notes, a grin, and a mildly suspicious level of energy. When I’m not coaching teams through Design Thinking or talking about AI ethics, you’ll probably find me somewhere in the world of innovation, poking at new ideas and politely asking vendors why their “revolutionary” tools can’t handle Tuesday. I’ve been lucky enough to speak at big events like IBM TechXchange, survive a few global hackathons, and even win some - turns out sleepless nights and stubborn optimism make a decent combo. In short: I help people think better together, build smarter stuff, and have a good laugh while doing it.
I love building things that make people go "wait, I actually get this now!" Whether it's teaching machine learning through colorful ponies, helping PMs master prompt engineering like keyboard ninjas, or speaking at Europe's biggest comic-con about AI ethics—I'm all about making complex stuff accessible and (dare I say) fun. Here are some projects I'm particularly proud of, from workshops that have reached thousands to talks that sparked real conversations about the future we're building together.
